hAIper™ Retrieval API is a deterministic, agent-native search & ranking infrastructure primitive designed for agents, AI pipelines and decision systems.


Maenen hAIper efficiently compares and ranks supplied artifacts by semantic similarity, alignment or equivalence. Results remain bounded to the candidate set provided, with structured scores, rankings and an auditable receipt. It is especially suited to retrieval over ParsAIble Compression artifacts.


Unlike open-ended search or adaptive retrieval systems, hAIper performs deterministic semantic comparison within an explicitly supplied candidate set, producing structured results that can be inspected, verified and reused by downstream systems.
